"Overall this was a very pleasant stay"

The hotel was easy to find, right off the highway. The room was very clean and comfortable. The gentleman checking us in was very pleasant and helpful. The refrigerator was adequate size for the food and insulins we were carrying.

The entrance into the hotel is on an uphill grade with cracks in the pavement. This made it difficult to use the luggage rack without items falling off as we came into or left the hotel. You need 2 people to help get the rack in and out.

"Good value for money, perfect for a visit to Hot Springs"

Location is perfect- everything is within 5 miles and it is a small town. It was a clean, comfortable room and served the purpose of our trip. Breakfast was decent. Good restaurants within walking distance.

The drain in the shower was slow and I reported it to the front desk. They said they would take care of it right away.

Easy parking and access to building, nice view specially from the breakfast room. Beds were comfortable and clean, water and coffee were readily available, easy check-in and check-out. Reasonable price. Thanks

Bathroom was very small and toilet was very low. Acceptable nevertheless.
