The place it’s great, we just stayed for one night, but it’s really good place, great breakfast. If you stay at this hotel you should go to The Mammoth Site, great museum, great price and it’s a unique experience.

"Good space in a perfect place in Hot Springs! Easy to find, easy to travel locally from there."

Location was great for our travel plans. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty. Good place to stay when all you're going to do is come and go and sleep. If you want swanky you'll need to go elsewhere and pay for it. The Mammoth dig site was in walking distance up the side walk, and the perfect Mexican restaurant next door in walking distance made it a good choice for us. We even received Veteran's Parking close to the door. :-)

I noticed the room phone said a room number that did not match the door number. We didn't need to use room service so not a big deal.
