The room was clean, well organized, easy to utilize. The bed was comfortable!

The breakfast didn’t start until 7am, which was ok, but there wasn’t coffee available in the room or before 7am.

"Good hotel for the price, but breakfast should start just a tad earlier."

The lady that checked me in was very sweet, friendly, down-to-earth, a people person. I wish I could remember her name, but I do remember she was middle-aged with short hair. I joked with her about their call bell being VERY clearly marked as a bell. She was very helpful.

I did not like that their breakfast did not start until 7am. I stay in a lot of hotels for my job, and it's rare to find a hotel that starts breakfast later than 6am. I had to leave at 6:30 for work, so I wasn't able to have a free breakfast, which is a bummer.

"My husband and I were in New Ulm to visit family, and Harmony Inn provided a comfortable place for our nights."

For a place to sleep and shower, this property was just right. Clean, no frills room with continental breakfast available.

The only slight disadvantage was the lack of an elevator. We were fine with carrying our bags up to the 3rd floor but would have gladly taken an elevator.

The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The coating on the bathtub was flaking off, and I could see mold under the edge between where the tub meets the shower. It obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while.
