Guests highly rate the friendly staff and frequently praise the convenient location.
First I had to wait for somebody to come to the front desk then they gave me a room key for 123 the room was trashy upon driving up on the building that was trash at the end of the building the place was horrible did not stay ended up going to the spark by Hilton and Rochester
The owner is very nice and staff are great. I stayed with them for a month do to not have a place of my own. They were very friendly and helpful.
Coffee pot did not work! Otherwise ok!
There was nothing unique about the motel it was out dated it was some what clean. The owners was polite. I can't recommend this motel to my family or friends.

USIt’s not fancy. It’s not new. It doesn’t have breakfast. But it was comfy, there were sufficient pillows. Microwave, fridge, TV, coffee maker, chair hassock…It was fine. Reasonably priced too. The only slight negative could be for some, would be road noise.
Quiet and cheerful staff.
Clean. Low noise. Slept great. I was here for a short 1 night stay. It had everything i needed.
While the bed was comfortable the amenities were lacking. Exterior needs landscaping. Interior needs repainting.
