The room itself was set up nicely.

Could hear everything. Person had smoked pot in the elevator before us but did not see the person, just the smell left behind. Rude staff person pushing past me to get a hold on the elevator without saying excuse me, or I'm sorry. The am buffet for breakfast was a mess. Used waffle cups all over counter, hot dish was empty.

1st room TV didn't work , phone was a decoration cords were cut so was moved room was overwhelming smell of purfume lady at front desk just said oh... Bed was horrible

Nothing this was the worse experience at an hotel

The room looks like they just make up the bed but don’t clean anything and it was bugs plus I had to get a new key card about 3 times because the key wasn’t working
