No breakfast but understand why not
USUSDoor was ajar when we checked in. Windows were unlocked to our first floor room so anyone could have gained entry from outside. Door knob to bathroom was broken. No blow dryer in room. No shampoo in toom.
USMy credit card declined the charge as they thought it was a fraud charge and they gave our room away within 20min of this happening!
USHotel was over booked, they had to separate my family into two rooms, that were not joining rooms. Then the fire alarm in one room went off at 7 am and when called they did not send anyone to come fix it, but instead said they would have to kick us out of that room because someone else needed it. They made us move to a different room, my family could all be together so that part was nice, but the rest was unprofessional. When talking to the staff they were not apologetic nor were they friendly. We did not get a smile or a hello out of any staff besides housekeeping as we walked by on our way to check out. On our second morning we were woken up by housekeeping at 8:30, we have 2 young children who were tired and were woken abruptly bc of them. The cleanliness of the hotel overall was poor, there are some updates that are very much needed.
