Warm friendly, nice room

Toilet worked off and on but they tried to fix it

Very clean. Excellent staff. Would stay there again. Seems to have staff that takes pride and care in the place. Reasonable price.

There was a strong damp smell and feeling in the room, with what appeared to be mold growing on the ceiling. The fridge made a loud high-pitched noise every time it kicked on which kept me awake. Loud cracks could be heard coming from the ceiling when people were walking around in the room above us and the walls/doors were very thin. The pillows are the kind that like marshmallows that squish into an unsupportive hard rock. The sounds of guests slamming their doors in the hallway early morning woke me up around 5:30 after finally falling asleep once I unplugged the fridge. After that, someone outside was using a leaf blower and the sound of squeaking wheels could be heard coming from what I assumed was a cart or trolley in the hall. There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower but no body wash, thankfully I brought my own. The toilet seat was cheap plastic and had sharp edges along the outside that dug into the back of my thighs. All of our clothes and things we brought into the room smelled damp and musty after we checked out. I grabbed a couple of cereal bars from the free breakfast items provided but when I tried to eat one, the bar was so moist and soft, it did not hold together, it collapsed and fell apart in my hand like it was wet.

We left and never stayed. The rooms smelled of mold and mildew. The room had a heavy, wet, moisture feeling and one bathroom had unfunctional lighting. Receptionist said she could get someone to fix the lighting issue the following day but as for the mold, she said she was only the Receptionist.

The front desk attendant was friendly, the room was really musty smelling and the overall conditions of the place was really rundown. Stairwells desperately in need of a coat of paint, looks like handprints of people going up and down the stairs all over the place. Boiled eggs in package 3 days from expiration and tasted like it, horrible breakfast with little to no options. I would avoid staying there again like the plague.
