Pool was very cold told them but the temp never changed from 77 the four night we stayed wonder why we never saw anyone in the pool

We hoped to have more variety. And the set up was poor for efficiency. Numerous people were waiting to make waffles, making it impossible to get coffee.

The pool was cold! We had small children, and they were so looking forward to swimming. The chilly water made it difficult for them to fully enjoy themselves.

When I arrived to check in, I was informed about an extra charge for having a dog which I was NOT made aware of when I made the reservation. Totally unacceptable!

"This hotel worked well for our situation and was a very good deal. It was clean and comfortable."

Breakfast was okay. The coffee and the juice were not good at all, but good waffle-maker waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels. The facilities were clean and somewhat updated from the pictures we had seen. We were very comfortable and felt it was a good value. The place was fairly busy. The pool and hot tub seemed quite nice--unfortunately, we had not brought our suits! Bummer.

There was a dog barking somewhere across the hall last evening and this morning...but thankfully, it didn't keep us awake.
