Decent location to the Dells Attractions.

The Hot Tub was barley working so never used. I was given a text saying I could text that number if I needed anything. I messaged to get more towels and none where delivered to the room.

The prices were good. It was fairly quiet for being very busy

Our room the window was shattered. When my husband took pictures and went to the front desk to tell them. They were like yes we know, When we asked for a different room or a little bit off the bill. We were told they could not switch rooms do to being full and we cant take anything off the bill for it. Other than the window our room was very clean. The rest of the hotel could use a good cleaning. Breakfast was a disappointment.
