Super 8 by Wyndham Fairmont

Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The mattress in our room was awful to sleep on. Also, I would not really consider the room a handicap accessible one....the shower had a regular bathtub ...just adding grab bars does not make it accessible. A shower with azero clearance is what is needed .

We arrived later in the evening and only went in the room to drop off our luggage, then went out to eat. Returned to our room and it was disgusting! Sink and shower were dirty, sheets were wrinkled like someone slept in it. Evidently the room was not cleaned after the last guest. Called down to the front desk and we were brought clean sheets and made our own bed. They didn’t offer us to change rooms. Went down in morning told the front desk. We couldn’t get a refund from the hotel because we booked it from this website.

The staff was able to let me swim at partnering hotel

The room had a funny mildew smell and they never cleaned or provided more towels for the second night. The partnering hotel hottub was cold and never heated up.

The woman who checked us in was super kind. She gave us a bag of things for our dog. The room was fine.

The staff in the morning weren’t as attentive. The hotel looked like it needed updating. The hallways looked a bit old and in need of maintenance.

Besides the idiot that my husband talked to who double charged us for our room, everyone else was soo amazing. The girl behind the desk took the time to explain why she couldnt give me a refund (totally understand why), the cleaning staff was upbeat and friendly, overall loved it, just dont listen to the jack wagon behind the desk after 10pm check in when he says "the room wasnt paid for if you book on hotels.com" now i have to wait until next week when im home to despute anything or my debit card will be froze for my family trip.

Morning?

The musty smell upon entering the hotel. The carpets felt sticky in the lobby, but didn’t seem clean in the room either. Extra fee to be on the first floor - seems ridiculous to me. The employee wasn’t properly trained, and took forever to book in after an online booking had been completed. Seems expensive for what it is. Blankets aren’t thick enough

Clean, affordable, friendly staff.

The weeds in the front side walk were off putting. Everything else was about what would be expected for a Super 8.
