This hotel was very unacceptable. Upon arrival we were given keys to an occupied room. We went back to the front desk and were given a second set of keys to a room that was beyond disgusting. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette stains on the carpet. The bed had large stains on it as well. We went back to the front desk and were told that we could leave and be refunded the entire amount that we had paid. This was not the case. We were charged and they refused to honor what they had told us. Lily, the manager, blamed Expedia and said they could not refund us. It was a horrible experience and we are out $308. There should be something in place when faced with a situation like this. We went into this thinking we had a clean place to stay and instead we were taken advantage of.

Check in easy, no hassle as was checkout.,rooms were clean but tired.,Needs a facelift but good value if you travel with a dog.,

Pancakes were good. That is about it.

The smell of strong ethnic food in the entire hotel. Rooms were very musty, bathroom smelled of mold/mildew really bad. I had stains on my blanket. Shower curtain was too short, so water poured over the tub edge. Not a clean hotel.

Floor was filthy. We had to keep our shoes on, because our socks were getting black walking around the room.

Bathtub wall had mold in the grout. Hallway carpet dirty. Dity stains on one side of mattress.
