Super 8 by Wyndham Logan

I liked the room, and the bathroom and microwave were nice too. The breakfast was adequate.

The ac was loud and the front desk staff were kind of slow checking us in. I also was confused since we got charged the hotel price by both booking.com and super 8, so it appears I was charged twice. Super 8 was also difficult to get ahold of:(

Hard boiled eggs would be a cost-effective way to add protein breakfast.

The location was good. The rooms, that is another thing. This was our first time in Logan. The staff was friendly. I have to give them that. They do hire good customer service.

The rooms need to be updated with new carpet, as the room we stayed in had stains on the carpet. The bedding has seen better days so has the furniture. The ceiling fan is not mounted on the wall, it is falling down. I would give it a one star. The carpets look like they have never been vacuumed. During our stay, our room was never cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels each time and are required to bring down your old towels before you get new ones.

We had a terrible stay, especially with one of the staff members, a young blond man. He was neither friendly nor helpful. We asked him for hot water one day because we had stomach aches, and he said he couldn't provide it, even though there were thermoses in the kitchen. On our last day, this same employee didn't even offer us a flashlight during a power outage that lasted for hours. They didn't have generators for power outages. The house wasn't cleaned for two consecutive days, and the breakfasts were unhealthy, lacking fruit and sugar; they were all carbohydrates and sugars. Completely unhealthy.

The bedding was old and blankets very thin.
