Location. Price was reasonable.

The room was dirty. Lights were broken. Ports weren't working either. The microwave was dirty, looks like it was never cleaned for months. Drawers were horrible - dirty.

It wasn't as bad as some places I've stayed

The staff where VERY rude, threatened my fiancee, and where very nasty and ugly to her when she has a disability and where extremely dismissive and assuming on her part, not only that when I myself made a report or asked for something to be done I was then called a liar and told it never happened and was gaslit. I was told no vaping on the premises yet there where people smoking marijuana IN THE BUILDING!!! ITS ALL YOU COULD SMELL AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN!!! AND NOTHING WAS SAID TO THEM ABOUT IT!! They are very condescending and rude and assuming because of our appearance and biased and treated us just so. Very poorly, we expected more out of it, and the fact that the cleaning lady can just go out and talk about guests and threaten them to her friend or whomever it was and then be called a liar when I, ME, not even my fiance heard or was there or made the report, I DID and was called a liar while she gets away with negative behavior all because she and another woman that works and the main manager that works all wolfganged on me and my fiance and gaslit us is VERY unprofessional and I have never had such a bad experience with somewhere. We expected so much more.
