The day from desk clerks are always nice and help with anything u might need. The rooms are clean and I never had any problems there on my stays.

Sometimes there is people in the back parking lot asking for money the homeless is big in that area I think.

My room was near the elevator and ice machine. Also, someone was crying near elevator thru the night. Floors didn't look very clean. They felt sticky. One of the attendants was sassy when I asked to clarify the wifi password. Didn't appreciate that after a 5 hour drive to location.

The girl at the front desk was very nice, and the room wasn't bad for us to lay our heads for the night.

The neighborhood is awful, we walked out to our vehicle and pretty sure we walked into a drug deal. There were some sketchy guys hanging out in front of the building and my husband saw another guest have to pull a gun on one hanging out outside. Absolutely did not feel safe. Breakfast was a vending machine cinnamon roll and coffee, the orange juice machine gave you water with a hint of orange coloring.

I brought a long, body pillow from home. Housekeeping took my pillow. I had to go to front desk to get it back, and then it was only the pillow, not the pillow case. I went back to front desk later and the lady who said she is in charge of all laundry claims there was no pillow and no pillow case is owed to me. Yes, it is just a pillow case. But the point is that housekeeping takes personal items from rooms.

breakfast free but only bread and coffe staff- not politely and welcome you well not clean, ( pillow case,everything feels like not wash)
