"Property was as expected. Not great but not bad."

The property is getting older and could use a major update. Also, Super 8 sent me emails and texts to check-in on line and then just pick up my room key from the front desk. When we got there it was as if I had not done anything! I still had to go through the full check in process. Then the next morning I get a message asking us about what time we would be checking out so I responded and 20-30 minutes later we are getting a knock on the door asking about what time we were planning on leaving! If the staff is not going to use the online response info then don't make me waste my time responding to all of their messages!

I liked the location a little out of the hub up so it was quiet and away from noise.

"It's Jackson Hole - everything is vastly overpriced, including the Super 8"

The hotel is convenient to everything but far enough away to not have to deal with the very crowded downtown area. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were all wonderful.

The hotel shows its age - the AC rattled very loudly and the toilet runs unless you jiggle the handle. Things that show it's been overused and underserviced.

"Good hotel"

It was my first time staying in a Super 8 and I know that in Jackson, this is a different super 8 style. The room was great. It is a cheap option around so many expensive hotels.
