"Good"

6.0

Basic place to sleep for overnight but carpets need cleaning and cigarette burns in linens should be addressed. Curtains need repair. Bed was comfortable. Side doors did not lock but security cameras everywhere. Toilets were very low and didn't flush well.

"A sadly neglected property…"

This property seems very neglected. The room we had was not cleaned. There weee bugs on the window sill, stains on the comforter, bathroom in disrepair, electrical outlet that appeared to have been on fire recently, microwave oven that was dirty and broken (the microwave would just turn on if you closed the door). The photos of the listing were very deceptive. They showed very clean rooms with artwork on the walls. Not at all reflective of the actual state of our room.
