Very large and comfortable bed, good location.

I fell and injured my knee because they failed to put a sign that the floor was freshly mopped. Didn’t get any help from staff. Overall staff were a bit lacking. Pool only had 3 sun loungers and a lot of uncomfortable chairs. Was a bottleneck.

スタッフのサービスが良かった LINEで繋げてくれて、いつでも問い合わせができた

プール近くにいるスタッフは不親切だった。おそらく慣れていないのではないかと思った。拝借できるプール用のタオルは、基本全員が使うはずが、言わないと貸してくれなかった。
