Super 8 by Wyndham St. Charles

We booked a room with a queen bed and got a double bed. There were pills o.n the floor, the curtains hung on 3 hooks, the towel bar was broke, the soap dispenser was torn off the shower wall, and the mirror had been removed from the wall and rehung, but not in the same place, so a different color of paint shown. We left after the first night

Always clean and nice. Will stay again in oct.

Location proximity to work

Room door stopped midway when pushing because the floor was uneven. Smacked my face when I checked in the first night. Paint on the walls had multiple areas where it had giant white patches.

My stay was fine overall. Breakfast choices were limited. The orange juice and apple juice machine ran out after the first day and put out brown water and clear water. The hotel ran out of the bags of mix and still had not got them in on the morning I checked out. Room was fine.

Woke up the 1st night covered in ants. They switched our room to one with huge stains everywhere. Shower handle would come off in hand. Never once asked if we wanted room cleaning, we were there for 5 nights. Just a horrible experience. People always hanging outside at entrances.

Water from shower ran to tolet Patch walls in bathroom & bedroom.needed to be painted Only 1 wash cloth. Air condition made loud noise. Refrigator made noise needed to be balanced. Coffee came out of the OJ container. Breakfast was cold cereal;
