Filthy all around. Room, bed, restroom and wall were nasty. They did not honor my Expedia reservation and payment, so I was double charged. Neither Super 8 or Expedia has been willing to help resolve the issue. I had to finally dispute the double charge through my CC for resolution.

We didn't even stay there. We asked to look at the room after a group of people threw their room key down on the service desk and said we are not staying here. It was nasty and had a smell throughout the building that would make a rat gag.

The whole place looked dirty. The hallways and stairs. The room was dirty and the shower was nasty. There was a used bar of soap with hair on it on the shower floor and the shower had not been cleaned. There were dead bugs in it. I do not recommend staying here.

It’s an older facility that’s they are trying to remodel, but it’s still kinda dirty.

The manager Amber was very sweet. I wanted to change the sheets and she made that happen.
