This hotel staff's customer service skill was horrific. She claimed the reservation was incorrectly made for a smoker's room and she was unwilling to change. Mind you the entire hotel was vacant.

put better locks on the door and there is a lot of outside noise, bathroom was in bad shape, not a lot of options for breakfast

Staff brilliant, friendly and helpful

Walked in and the hotel smelled musty and smokey. Both rooms had holes and patches in the wall. They gave us a different room but it was 3 rooms away from the last one. I had an asthma attack and we decided to leave. On the way to bring keys back there was a domestic flight (yelling and physical). We definitely made the correct decision to leave.

Called ahead of stay to confirm reservation. Employee who answered was not customer service friendly over the phone. Struggled to find my reservation. Front desk attendant was not friendly when checking in. Could not hear her through the glass partition. Curtains, chairs, and all surfaces were visibly dirty. Bathroom was dirty and shower did not work. Afraid to sit in bathtub to take a bath. Slept on top of bed covers due to overall condition of the room. Refrigerator did not work and had a terrible odor. We came for the race weekend and everything else was booked, so we had no other place to stay. Had to suffer through for three nights at this place. We felt like we had to take all of our stuff with us every time we left, so it wouldn’t be stolen. We never saw a single housekeeper in the mornings we were there. Luckily the races were great. DO NOT STAY HERE if you value the things mentioned in this review.

Room had broken shower, lights, drawers, and the tv didn’t work

Property was clean but had several maintenance issues that should be addressed. Bed was comfortable.

I stay here frequently for business and pleasure trips. Since being here with the previous owner of this location, the new owner has upgraded the rooms nicely. There are a few hiccups, internet, ice machines not working, laundromat out of order for some time, in room coffee machines with no coffee packs for the coffee makers. No real continental breakfast options, unless you eat fruit, bread, bagels and cereals. No meat or egg options, no waffle or pancakes either. Not the definition of a continental breakfast... The location is right off the interstate, and Walmart Super Center caddy corner across divided road, many restaurants and fast food locations in the area, liquor store, grocery stores, Walmart and Kroger... Good solid location...

Motel was random burn holes in blankets housing walls very crappy placed to sleep

Did not appear to be in good upkeep. Mold in the bathtub. In need of a good remodel
