Super 8 by Wyndham Socorro

Place was not clean, stained carpet and walls. AC very noisy, worried it might disintegrate. Breakfast minimal.

Everything is dirty, the towels are dirty, all of them, tartar on the sink faucets, there is no sugar or cream for the coffee, the beds are horrible, my husband moves and I It bothers me, the breakfast was very bad, there was almost nothing, the person who served us with a very bad face and gave us no information about anything, the pillows, only two and very ugly, the television channels did not match the list on reception... I would never return to any super 8

Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Good location N of town. Interesting neighborhood safe for walking. Negative: refrigerator made a wheezing repetitive noise, so disturbing that we finally had to unplug the fridge (fortunately that was easy). None of the card keys we were given worked on bldg exterior doors.

The staff wasn't friendly and when checking out there was what appeared to be a homeless man sleeping on the couch. Very smelly and that's being nice

Bed was way too soft. Mattresses do need to be replaced!

Front desk check in was efficient. Room was clean and bed comfortable, bed only had two pillows but I was prepared and had another one. AC was loud but worked. Enjoyed the fridge. Bathroom had only one functioning light bulb, one not bright, and one missing. Toilet seat only holding on by one screw. Breakfast had waffles but after making mine realized there was no syrup; decided to move on to a bowl of cereal only to find out milk was expired by one day, it looked fine but was still upset over the syrup; moved on to a cup of coffee which was actually pretty good. No check out box but people were putting their keys on the counter so assumed that was the check out process.

The water for the shower was a trickle literally. The ceiling fan was missing and the electric wires were sticking out uncapped very dangerous. The room felt dirty. TV did not work. The front desk would not answer the call when I called for them to try to fix the TV. Very disappointed. I will never stay at that hotel again ever I suggest arete take a look at it because it is dangerous, electric wire sticking out the ceiling uncapped, I took pictures just to make sure if corporate wants to see them

Crappy never go here, we had bed bugs in are room 107.

Bed bugs. Blood on sheet. Property refunded to Cheap Tickets but I didn't get a refund. Do NOT stay here! Stop using Cheap Tickets
