"Excellent"

Everything was as expected except the wait at the front desk (had to wait several minutes to get our room as the person was alone and on the phone). Also, after dinner, we spent some time in the lobby for a drink (we brought, there is no bar there), and they have a device that send puff of perfume to make the air smells good. Unfortunately, the sent is positively overpowering, almost giving headache as it is so strong...

Room was good. The only complaints I had were it was very noisy in the hallway and guests were loud throughout the night and early morning. My 8 year old even said he couldn’t sleep because of the noise. The other was the restroom was dirty. Toilet bowl and toilet seat were dirty.

"Only place I’m staying at when I come out here "

Hotel looks amazing on the outside and looks and smells better on the inside. Staff was very helpful and check in was easy and quick. They offer adjoining since we had 8 people with us so it was just like a open 2 bedroom Airbnb lol. Pool was the right temp and because it rained earlier that day the staff let the kids stay in the pool a little longer than posted, so that was great. Breakfast was decent they have a waffle maker so kids were happy. Only knock I have are the pillows were to soft so if you don’t like deflating pillows bring your own! Definitely will book again

Just needed a quick stopover for the night and Clarion Pointe fit the bill perfectly. Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast had a pleasant variety of offerings. Decided to stay again on our return trip.
