Started okay

Had issue with toilet overflowing at 130 in the morning. Called front desk and was told maintenance would come in the morning! I had a flooded bathroom now! Brought me a few towels and a plunger after I asked! Did not bring any clean towels or offer to change rooms! Disputed charges with cc company!!! Will never do business with them again!!!

You need to upgrade the pillows and blankets. They were too old and uncomfortable to use. Same with sheets and pillow cases.
