We were given wrong information and was not able to stay upon arrival. We were given a room and all then immediately kicked out with the lady working front desk BANGING on the door. We had literally just walked in and didnt even have a chance to sot down. Very unsettling. Very unhappy. I understand the policies, now, but alot of my time and money was wasted just to not be able to stay in the room. Thank you
