Stay here if you like price gouging, broken AC/Heat and housekeepers slamming doors and running a vacuum at 7:45 AM, through paper thin walls

the location was convenient for our needs. rooms were decent size and well suitable based on our expectations

walked in the lobby our first night and were greeted with the smell of weed being smoked, in the hallway outside our room the smell was even worse even thought all signs clearly indicated it was a non-smoking area. We had the same experience on all nights during our 3 night stay

Hotel allowed early check in. Very friendly staff. Good selection of continental breakfast.

Coffee was hot but not good 😬 Soap doesn’t lather. Mildew smell in room, probably due to age.

Something must have been going on in the area because all of the nice, name brand hotels that would usually be maybe $128 were $400. This place was $200 but wasn’t worth a dollar over $39.95. First it was laughable because there were signs saying “this is a non smoking property” everywhere yet the lobby reeked like an old bar back when smoking was allowed indoors. Then going into the area where the rooms are it seemed like every other room had pot smoke wafting under the doors…it was so bad and the management must know it happens because there were about 10 febreeze plug-ins on every floor in the hallways. This is the kind of place that you want to check your room for used needles before putting your hands anywhere.

The room was falling apart. The shower handle was loose and it took several minutes to figure the right temperature. The ac unit was very loud. The staff was helpful and nice. Only stayed here because it was one of the cheaper hotels for a VT game weekend. Guess we got what we paid for (probably double or triple the normal room rate on non-game weekends).
