Super 8 by Wyndham Richmond/Chamberlayne Rd

I checked in asking for a smoking room on October 13th around 7pm and the lady at the desk was rude to me and she stated that there was no more smoking rooms available. We went up to the room to check it out and then went back out to grab our bags. When we were walking back inside the lady at the desk was talking to a different person checking and she stated “we have no more non smoking rooms available other than a suite. You can either pay extra for the suite or get a smoking room.” This lady has been rude to me every single time I’ve stayed at this exact super 8 location in the past year. Ten minutes before checkout, at 10:50, one of the cleaning staff came to the door pounding till we responded, saying we had to get out now. Before checkout time, which according to the hotel policy is 11am. We stated “we were getting our stuff together right now.” A different staff proceeded to knock not even 2 minutes later stating the same thing. Then because we work night shift we got into the shower real quick and they decided to bring a man up and have him knock on the door. Neither of us could open it to answer them because we were naked. So we yelled through the door that we were naked and getting our stuff together. Then once we actually left the room the manager was outside our room and she tried to state that we shouldn’t have yelled at them. And I stated that they went against policy by disturbing me before checkout and walked out of the hotel.

The bed. Staff. Shower. Ac. Everything about it was messed up.

Convenient loctaion off I-95.

Our door was impossible to open. The tub dripped all night. The room was not clean.

Air conditioning was broken. Room was dirty. Towels had hair from other guests on them. Area felt unsafe.

Burn holes in the blankets, dirty mattress covers, AC was absolutely disgusting looking
