I needed to check in late since my event ended at 10:30pm, and I had to drive an hour to the hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and understanding! It really meant so much. The room was so nice and even had a recliner. The pillows and bed were very soft and comfortable.

We checked in at 7pm. Our room was dirty. Both beds unmade, trash and liquor bottles all over. They were booked so I had to wait for the room to be cleaned. Beds; hard as a rock. Pillows? Flat. Bedding had holes in it.

Only stayed overnight as we were traveling. Excellent room. We avoid the nearby Hotels since this one was cheapest. The free breakfast is done well. There is enough room for all the guests. The staff keeps the buffet well-stocked and very clean. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The bed!! The pillows were new and fluffy. The blanket was thick and cozy just like I like it. The towels were new and clean. The room over all was very clean. They didn't cut corners on the important stuff. Breakfast was good. Great Hotel feel fresh and new

Convenient location from wedding

Dirty linens, ripped shower curtain and reserved non smoking for 2 nights. It was smoking room which I was told was all that was left. It reeked of smoke. 2 showers and several decongestant to sleep. Canceled 2nd night and went elsewhere for Wednesday night. My family always goes to super 8 for lodging. Not in South boston va again
