Super 8 by Wyndham Omaha NE

This place was a load of crap i can't belive Wyndham or Hotels would be affiliated with this place

The hotel didn't look very clean. Our first room as soon as we got in and finally figured out how to turn the lights on.we were welcomed by a big roach by the television.We immediately grabbed our bags and headed to the office. Because I purchased a non-refundable room.I had to stay there, but I requested another room. I was giving another room , but the second room wasn't much better. The tub looked very dirty the T.V was really fuzzy. After seeing the roads in the first one , we just couldn't get comfortable. I chose this hotel due to its cost.And the fact that it was an unexpected expense, as we had lost power at our home. The website says they offer breakfast, but it makes it seem like it's a hot breakfast not a continental breakfast. When I went down for breakfast, I was terribly disappointed. All they had was bred to make toast and cereal.They had a juice dispenser but no juice and they had coffee. I was so thankful that I only purchased it for one night.We went to a different hotel the second night because we still didn't have power.That second hotel was great!

Good location

Id like to cancel my booking. This place is unacceptable

Police visits, loud people, front desk were dismissive on their phones, barefoot with feet up at desk, asked housekeeping for more than one wash towel but I would only get one at a time. The carpet, lamp shade and actual mattress was stained. Showerhead had build up. The mattress had a huge dip on the right side too.This should be a $30 motel

We booked the Super 8 on Spring St for a family gathering for 3 nights and checked out after the first night. I thought since it was affiliated by Wyndham it would be a little nicer (in spite of the mediocre to bad reviews). Everything was outdated and musty-smelling and didn’t seem clean. There were only 2 hangers on the clothes rack and the hairdryer was missing from the bathroom wall. We went down to “breakfast” at 7:30 where there was NO coffee and maybe 4 or 5 pieces of bread in a case for toast. No yogurt or fruit or anything vaguely appealing. I definitely do not recommend this motel.

Basic accommodation affordable in a great area of Omaha.

We were in a pinch for a room, but had no idea how bad it would be.

Filthy

The receptionist was a douchebag. He threw my id back at me and when he gave us the key card didn’t even say what room number or where to find it. The room smelled like dog pee, hair dryer was cut from the wall and floor was filthy. We left 10 minutes after checking in and found another hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy
