"Door to our room didn't latch. The shower head needs repaired or replaced. Fan in the bath needs."

Most everything was pretty good. Staff during the 3 to 11:00 was exceptional. The guy on days was not great.

Daytime staff lacked personality and seemed to have no care when I told him about repairs that needed to be made to the room we stayed in.

"Not really clean. Too many stairs for an elderly person to climb. Bugs"

There was only stairs. The room wasn't even clean their was a towel behind the door from the last person. And a bug came out of the cable box.

"Comfy and easy"

Comfortable stay. Staff was accommodating and premises was well-kept. Laundry was down the entire month however, and that things somewhat inconvenient in that respect. But would definitely stay here again.

vehicle was 5 steps from front door. 2:30 am vehicle security alarm was going off. Night manager was not aware of the situation!
