"A low level property"

Found it difficult to go up and down the stairs. With no elevator, made the stay harder. I reached out several times to booking.com to adjust my stay with no response. Will not use booking.com in the future.

The bed was comfortable and there were no bugs

The hard surfaces in the room were dirty. The bench in the room had food spilled on it that wasn't cleaned up and the counters were dirty. The tub was dirty. I bought some disinfectant wipes and cleaned everything before I set anything on them.

I like the room and everything it was just to much noise outside whoever room was over top of my room I kept hearing someone running back and forward ..I really couldn't sleep.
