I love the room, bed, air conditioner and mostly the shower keep up the good work and love

The location is easy to access and right beside of a Sheetz gas station. The rest of Farmville is within a very short distance. The price is nearly 50% cheaper than the average hotel in this area. There always seems to be available rooms.

This hotel seemed to be an amazing value, as it was nearly half the price of most nearby. I'm not picky and do not require a whole lot, so I booked it. Upon arriving (around 11pm) I waited very briefly for the front desk attendant to check me in. While he did the job he was required to do, he wasn't very friendly. And he didn't tell me how to get to my room or where it was, didn't mention when check out would be or offer any information at all. It seemed as though I woke him up. I still decided to make the most of my experience, as I was staying with my boyfriend just for the night. When we went to bed that night, we were thoroughly exhausted so we didn't pay a lot of attention to the room itself. Upon waking around 3am, we noticed the bed mattress was off of the metal box thing. The mattress was very uncomfortable and caused a lot of back pain. All of this would still be considered acceptable. Enough. When I went to the restroom and flipped the light switch on, instantly multiple roaches scurried about. I hate bugs! While my boyfriend slept, I stayed awake on "roach patrol." I needed to make sure there wouldn't be any unwanted stowaways in our luggage! Now, hyper vigilant, I noticed several dead roach carcuses on the bedside table, causing me to immediately remove anything we had rested there. I flipped all the lights on (boyfriend is still sleeping soundly!) in an attempt to create enough fear that the roaches would leave the room or hide. BIG MISTAKE!!! Now that the room was well lit, patches of black mold and mildew were evident near the air conditioner and on the wall between the desk and tv. Additionally, I now observed some very suspect stains on our bed linens. The air vent in the bathroom was covered in a thick layer of dust, rust, and mildew. The fridge had ice that was at least 4 inches thick would require a chisel to remove. Definitely wouldn't recommend unless you are looking for this type of experience

The staff that I interacted with was very friendly.

There was a lot of mold in the room. The room smelled strongly of mold on entry.

I accidentally reserved room for wrong night now waiting for refund had to pay for night I needed 17th not the 30th

I had a very confortable stay. It was quiet & safe. Sheetz locayed next door. Convenient to get gas & other items. Even late niggt meal.

Quiet & Clean.

I liked the kindness of the receptionist.

I didn't like the idea of having to clean my room and trade towels for clean ones. There are not many choices for complementary breakfast. The water was brown when first started running.
