**DO NOT STAY HERE — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING** We are writing this as a warning to other families: do not book this hotel. We chose this place expecting a safe environment for our family, but the reality was terrifying and completely unacceptable. The area surrounding the property is incredibly unsafe. There is a large homeless presence, and we witnessed obvious drug use, prostitution and aggressive behavior right outside. Throughout the night, we heard constant screaming, arguing, and cursing, which made it impossible for our children to sleep and kept us all in a state of high anxiety. Someone made a whole in our car windshield too and when we complained, front door lady said go file police complaint. Beyond the severe safety concerns, the condition of the hotel was appalling. Nothing felt clean or sanitary. We were horrified to find brown stains on the sheets, the floors were visibly dirty, and the bathroom was beyond disgusting. We did not feel safe or comfortable for a single moment. We ended up packing our things and leaving after first night even though we had two days booking.
