The man at the desk was friendly

The air conditioner was not on in the room when we arrived, the bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on, the coffee and coffee creamer in the room was very old, the so called breakfast was a complete joke and there was no juice like they said there would be with the joke of a breakfast. I will never stay there ever again. I would rather sleep in the back of my truck with the bugs

Stay at Super 8 in Natchitoches, LA Paid Expedia $97.02 for room online, of which $13.72 was for taxes & fees. Super 8 charged us $93.60 for room, & $78.60 for taxes & fees. After considerable arguing, calls to bank & threatening a lawyer, Super 8 reversed the $93.60 for the room, but only $48.87 for taxes & fees. So they ended up charging $26.13 for taxes & fees. Even though Expedia said all taxes & fees were included in the amount paid to them. I called Expedia. They are looking into it. Room was clean except corners of floor in bathroom was filthy. We’ll NEVER stay there again & recommend no one book there! Expedia said it appears that Super 8 in Natchitoches is not following their contract.

The manager was very nice and allowed me to see the rooms before checking in. It's an older hotel so don't expect anything luxurious. We did rest comfortably.
