Rodeway Inn Holdrege

This is a quaint hotel that was a one night stop over just for a bed and a shower. The front desk staff looked exhausted, most likely due to the huge, loud family that had just checked in. She apologized a few times for their rowdiness. They weren’t an issue since the fan on the heater in our room was loud enough to drown them out. I couldn’t get the shower to have decent water pressure, but my husband said it was fine; so, I must have been doing something wrong. The bed was a full, not a queen and the sheets were nice. The mattress could use an upgrade and the bed squeaked. Overall, it’s a nice hotel for a one-night stay where your expectations are low. The room did what we needed it to and we will keep the hotel on our list of places we will stop again, if needed.

Clean, comfortable hotel off the beaten path. Owner is an Indian (from India) with advanced degrees and experience in hospitality. He works the front desk and is very concerned with his guests well being. An older property, but well kept. I will certainly stay here again.

The room is spacious, clean, good safe location. Staff is responsive and friendly. Mattress was adequate, not lumpy or saggy. Good supply of pillows, that are good quality. The only thing bad was the noise level. The halls were good but the floor above was very noisy. Continental breakfast was adequate, not great, but ok.

The service was great: front desk, breakfast, keeping rooms cleaned. It was a very quiet hotel, inside and out as well. Breakfast was good with protein options as well as waffles and cereal. Beds were comfortable, water was hot, a/c was cold. A nice hotel!
