Red Lion Inn & Suites Gretna - Omaha SW

Very friendly. Great rooms.

I was only there for 6 hours to catch early flight out of Omaha airport. It appeared to be clean but of an older decor. It had a fridge and microwave. Lobby could use sprucing up. I gave it an overall 4 stars.

Smelled like urine. TV didn't work when we checked in and after three attempts from staff trying to fix we just left it. They offered us a different room finally second night after several complaints at 9 pm but we chose to just stay in current room. Coffee gone by 730 am at continental breakfast and not replaced.

Bathroom is gross. TV doesn't work. Light fixtures without light bulbs. Dirt on baseboards. Bathroom is very small. Bed is uncomfortable. Not worth the price at all.

Dirty room Sheets stained Frig made humming sound all night

The place was a little rundown but the bed was super comfortable.

Just started off I was charged more than what booking.com said the bedspread had nasty spots on it when I address this with the manager on duty he handed me one cheesy blanket to try and compensate knowing there was two people in the room no hot water no toilet paper the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on I seriously suggest you take this off your website because it is a horrible place to stay

There was nothing I liked about this if I wasn't so tired I wouldn't complained a lot more and got my money back I've never had such a bad experience through booking.com

I liked that it is close to shopping and restaurants. It was clean and smelled good. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom in our room still had soap the previous person in top of the shower. It made me second guess on the rest of the room.

Very sketchy, continental breakfast was horrible. Small bathroom area. Carpet outdated. Definitely questioned how well the areas were really cleaned or disinfected. Greatful no emergency happened as the phone in the room would not work to call front desk 😱 however way better than our family sleeping in the car. Lesson learned to plan and make arrangements early but for last minute reservations, we were grateful.
