Nothing this was terrible

Went to check in and they didn't have record that I had a dog. Had to cancel my booking then rebook another room. The room was not well cleaned. They locked us out of our room our second to tast night and said we owe more money after when we checked in the same manager told the front desk person what to charge us. And appon checking out they decided to charge my card even more without telling me there was another charge. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Dingy, holes and wall that were repaired but not painted, carpeting projects in the hallway. Stale smell upon entering the back area. Overall not a great experience. Uncomfortable

The room was clean…beds were comfortable. Both restrooms at pool area were FULL of poop and had not been cleaned in days!!! You couldn’t flush them! We didn’t dare use the pool or hot tub not knowing what condition they might be in!

It was obvious that the owners were doing updates and doing a good job with it. Unfortunately my room smelled really bad, was extremely hot when entering and it was loaded with box elders. It was also obvious that this has become a long term housing facility.

Staff was friendly and willing to help. Property itself was rundown. I had ground floor room (110) that had cracked window, inoperable door lock, bathroom light didn’t work. The odors in hall and room were foul. I could detect the scent of cleaning agents though. The cleaning staff did their job, room was clean but there is so much wear and tear on this property that no amount of cleaning will help. It needs a major renovation.

Everything was clean and the area is easy access to travel

This property was not worth the money I spent. It smelt like sewage and and was very outdated and dirty.
