Guy was doing drugs at the front door, i complained to owner but he was still there…when we got back to the room at 3am there was a guy passed out in the staircase and another guy just sitting there… the whole hotel smelled like weed

The room looked as though it had not to been cleaned in some time. There were dead bugs in the drawers. A dress in the closet. The refrigerator was filthy. The freezer had a inch of water in the tray as though water was spilled. The shelf in the bathroom that was supposed to be attached was broken off and laying in the floor. The toilet had hair, dust, and dried urine around the bottom. When I turned the water on in the bathtub knats flew out of the drain. There was nothing in the tub to close the drain to take a bath. I was disappointed there was no breakfast. Bagels toast and yogurt is not a breakfast.I have to say this is a huge fail. Do better.

Very quiet and relaxing. Room was pretty good.

They definitely need to learn how to clean

The staff was fantastic, kind, courteous and helpful! Good room amenities (toiletries, hairdryer, fridge etc)

The common areas were run down and dirty. Corners of bathroom were dirty. No protein options with breakfast.
