Breakfast was ok apples were gross!! Ran out of syrup. Place was DIRTY!! Food spills everywhere dirty tables crackheads hanging around property just ugh!! Staff didnt even smile.

What I liked was the lady at the desk was nice

What I did not like was I went to answer the phone and there was cockroaches coming out of the phone went into my bathroom there was cockroaches by the toilet there was even cockroaches in my room on the floor I will never stay there again they don't give you a refund they don't give you or offer I should say another stay at the hotel which I wouldn't stay with cockroaches but you know they didn't even offer she had nothing to do to offer when I explained how disgusting and dirty that was to have cockroaches in my room she just said I'm sorry all I can do is not charge you right now for the late dismissal for checkout cuz I was just a little bit late on my checkout I wasn't exactly at 11:00 I was like 11:15 my bad you want to charge me charge me all you want but you need to clean your cockroaches out of your hotel

Overwhelming toxic ‘pine-sol’ odor.

Absolutely nothing. We found cockroaches in our shower and in our ice bucket. And when brought to the management's attention they were going to give us a parcel refund and then didn't do that at all. I thought we ended up checking out early
