Good central location.

The shower is terrible. The hot water pressure is VERY weak, the cold tap pressure very strong, so you are either being scalded by hot water or frozen by cold water! Very unpleasant to shower.

We were received and welcomed by Cassidy, such a friendly host. Our unit was larger than expected, fully and well equiped, a true home away from home. The location was perfect. We will definitely book with Getaway Self-catering again, and recommend it to anyone looking at booking their stay for their getaway. Thank you!

The place so quite ilike that..nothing much

Was very disappointed ibooked because I see the pictures now when I'm arrived there we are back packers yhooo was very disappoint us yes we booked later but we're looking past good place 😫😫

Nothing was likable.

Service was terrible. Upon arrival, everything felt very rushed as if the greeter just wanted to get the money and leave as quick as possible. She did not go over the house rules and regulations as well as explain in detail what all is provided with the accommodation. The house which I paid for was very old and outdated and it had a very moldy stench as well as everything felt very cramped. We found a bowl of dirty oil in the cupboard and the dishes were not clean. The oven itself was extremely sticky and it was unappetizing to cook food in it. I payed the amount upfront in full, once we left she showed us via WhatsApp that someone has left ash on the carport which is not allowed. So I paid the R1200 sanitation fees without question. And now a while later, I am being accused of stealing towels although everyone who was there confirmed no one took any towels. And now I’m being forced to pay for towels where there’s no evidence that it was there in the first place as she did not go over what all was there when we arrived at the venue. Utterly disgusted. Would not recommend anyone booking to stay here.
