Cigarette holes in sheets plastic over the smoke detectors like someone’s been smoking there and the hotel is so out of date it needs gutted and fully remodeled

Horrible staff. Absolutely disgusting rooms. We accidentally left our TMobile internet router there. My wife went out of town for the next three weeks and then won’t return it to me even though the paid was paid for by me and they photocopied my ID and the router is on my TM account! The “room” was in my wife’s name so they can’t release it to me. I have to file a police report and have the sheriff come there just to force them to give me my property back!

Nothing. I was refused my room due to false accusations. I want my money back and will continue to bitch about it until I get refunded

The breakfast was quite adequate (wafflemaker, hot and cold cereal, bisquits). The room was minimal, but the bed was comfortable. The room was quite despite the proximity to I70. Staff was pleasant.

A major shortcoming was that the only useful electrical outlet (for phone charging, hearing aids, etc) was behind the desk ( which had to be pulled away from the wall). Not what you expect in 2026. (Another wall outlet was 6 feet from the bed and plugs fit loosely and fell out.)
