"Employees not very accommodating to there guests"

One of the employees tried to make things right

Was locked out of my room for an hour, very hard time getting any reimbursement ,but took cash for one hour early check in without receiving any kind of receipt,notified employee they were out of coffee,I had to leave in 20 minutes still no coffee when I left

Location was very convenient.

My room smelt like cigarette smoke. The beds were not freshly made. Breakfast options were not great
