I stayed there 2 days before this stay, and the breakfast was excellent. This time, not so good. It didn't have any meat or potatoes. No bacon, No Sausage. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

"we have been traveling for two weeks and this was the best hotel we stayed in."

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. room was well-maintained.

We requested a handicap room, and there was only one available, and it was being used. We made do.

"Kind staff made out stay great"

Dining room were out of forks each morning we were there; the dryer in the guest laundry did not work very well.

Nothing.

The staff was completely unprofessional and demanded cash payment in addition to the online payment that I made. They told me I needed to go to ATM to give them more money which I refuse to do ultimate I wound up leaving and getting another hotel. I will never go back to another choice hotel, and I will never use Booking.com.
