God kaffe.

Meget behersket udvalg af morgenmad. Brødrister virkede kun halvt. Vaffeljernet duede ikke. Ingen yougurt. Kælderværelse og ikke særlig rent. Det hele bar indtryk af slid og ringe vedligehold.

I think they need to improve a lot !

Pas grand chose...

La femme à l'accueil n'en avait rien à faire de nous, ni de leur machine à laver qui ne fonctinnait pas (merci au monsieur qui nous a dépanné)... je ne parlerai pas de la saleté à tous les étages, ni de l'état de délabrement de la piscine (comment peut-on laisser un tel argument dans les fiches alors qu'elle est inutilisable depuis bien longtemps ?!)

The stay was great. Staff just needs to be a lot nicer.

Dirty, uncomfortable beds, continental breakfast terrible!

Chambre trop petite et propreté douteuse. Les locaux communs n’étaient pas très propres. Pas de cafetière dans la chambre. Pas d’eau fraîche à disposition en libre service. Personnel pas très aimable

Did not stay!! Room stunk, no cover or batteries in tv remote. Toilet had a high whistle when flushed, boarded up window and stains on the bed cover!!

Just need new carpets

From the moment I opened the door towards the lobby, I knew it has been a bad decision to book and PAY online, specially because money wasn't refundable (almost $100) I understand that it is an only 1 or maybe 2 star travel hotel, but still, the minimum that you expect is good service and to be clean. And this is how ot went: opend the door, first thing you'll see is vending machines out of service in an abandoned condition, facing the parking lot. At the lobby a loud cellphone playing a movie and sitting on a chair, facing the back wall of the reception, a person (sorry, couldn't tell if a male or female, don't know which pronoun to use), that didn't e even turned around to see who was at the front desk, so I decided to say HI, she/he calmly paused the movie, turn around and look at me while resting his/her back comfortably against the back of the chair and one arm on the desk, calmly without any effort says to me WHAT'S UP, I was like on this is how this is going to be. I had to explain that I was there because I had a reservation and it was already paid for, then, stands up, burdened by having to go to the front desk. Then that person insisted in giving my CC which I didn't, it was shady. For the room; corridor very filthy, room door was ajar, not closed, the bed, after exhaustive inspection had clean sheets. The rest was filthy, I wasn't even able to think about taking a shower there. And breakfast? At rhis point, no thx. I left some pics for all to see. BAD PLACE.
