Only thing I liked was that the staff members were friendly.

Breakfast was coffee and hot water with NO baked goods or breads.....NOTHING but coffee. Room was not completely clean with leaking toilet and filthy lamps and sitting chair. One lamp was not working. I had asked for lower level room due to handicap but was given 2nd floor. Employees were courteous and friendly but I will NOT stay here ever again. Overpriced!!! (This has been reported to Booking.com for further review)

The location

The cost is way too much for a 1.5 star older antiquated hotel, I paid $167 for one night, it should have been less than $100! It has no elevator, so we have to request a downstairs room which has more noise because we're in our late 70's and can't lug the baggage up the steps anymore. The "so-called breakfast" is a minimal continental breakfast. The "icing on the cake" was when we came back to the room at night, I went to shower and there was no bar soap, just 2 tubes of hair shampoo. I went to the desk where "Tracy" was on duty and asked for a bar of soap and was told that they were out of soap, when I stated back "the hotel is out of soap" she sarcastically stated "yea, that's what I said! We use this hotel at least 4 times a year to visit our Grandchildren and we use it because it's the least expensive in Hanover! We believe now that the additional $70 at another nearby hotel will be the better choice in the future!
