Pool was closed by the health department. The front desk attendant was very disgruntled and seemed very inconvenienced when I had to call for help with the cable not working.

The sheets smelled clean. We got to the room rather quickly and weren't really disturbed by noises throughout our stay. I liked the tea selection in the morning breakfast bar and there were enough miscellaneous food items that the kids had an alright breakfast.

The room itself did not feel the cleanest. We had troubles getting the TV on and the remote did not seem wiped down. The lower floors smelled a lot like pee but could have been something else. The elevators were out of commission. The pool was out of commission. There were homeless sleeping around the outside of the property and the front door smelled very strongly of urine. We didn't really feel comfortable leaving the room once we were in it and I was worried the whole night that my car would get broken into. Luckily, it did not get broken into but it was still definitely a concern.

Good but having an issue

Jesse saying since I payed in cash I can't get a refund for 2 nights my daughter is in LABOR so I'm at a loss with this and it's not cheap

The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The location was not very good. I didn’t feel safe there at night.
