The room smelled terrible from the moment I walked in, and the entire facility felt dirty and unkempt. The pool, hot tub, and elevator were all broken, which made the stay even worse. There were homeless individuals loitering in the parking lot, making the area feel unsafe. To top it off, there was visible mold in the bathroom. This property is in desperate need of maintenance and management oversight. Definitely not worth the money — I would never stay here again.

The facility is what it is. Needs paint and updating. The elovator rarely works. The pool is hit and miss. The area behind, on hotel property, is weedy and unkemp. The staff is always efficient and kind.

The blow dryer did not work. The light bulb near the bed needed to be replaced. When I checked in I got quite a scare from the man who helped me. He said I did not check in properly and did not have a room for me. I replied I reserved with Booking.com. The day of my arrival I received a notification confirmation, a request of estimated arrival, description and details of my car. I responded accordingly. In addition he said the elevator was not working and no rooms were available on the first floor. I asked for assistance with my luggage He replied no he could not assist me and then gave me a first floor room. The room was very clean, warm and quiet.

Rooms quiet and beds decent / comfy. Quiet part of town (can’t hear too much traffic, at least when we were there). Ample towels, complimentary soap & shampoos. Hair dryer needs a big upgrade. Pool has been out of service for at least 9 mos. Breakfast was the epitome of “light”: bar options of bagels or toast, dry cereal, small yogurts, hot drinks. No hot food. For the price it served us well.

Room was quiet and had no fleas, so it wasnt the worst stay in my 72 years. The room smelled of cigarettes. The sheet was stained. Don't plan to get any work done in your room. There is no power available at the desk and the wi-fi is patchy at best. Internet is so slow, the TV doesn't work at all. In the morning we ran out of hot water.

Hospitality is about more than a bed and four walls. It’s about the feeling a guest takes with them when they leave. Your property tries to dress itself up, but it’s lipstick on a pig when the basics are missing. The desk chair was worn and unclean. One bedside lamp was dead. The carpet carried years of stains. Above the shower, black spots, potentially mold. Details like these erase whatever shine you’re hoping the décor provides. I understand the need to turn a profit. But in this business, profit begins with care. A clean room, working lights, fresh carpet… these are not extras. They’re the foundation of hospitality. Without them, the experience collapses. You’re not just selling rooms. You’re selling trust. Right now, you’re losing it.
