Location.

It was absolutely dreadful. I didn’t see anywhere on the listing that it didn’t have an elevator. Who makes a hotel without an elevator? Then in the room, the Internet was so splotchy you couldn’t watch TV. Tried to lay down and go to bed, but there were several kids screaming at the top of their lungs, running up and down the hallways. I finally called the front desk after two hours of listening to this and they got the kids to quiet down for a few minutes, but they were still rowdy for another couple of hours. Worst hotel stay ever in my life. I will never ever stay at this brand again. Keep in mind that when I did call the front desk because the hotel is so small. You could hear the kids screaming in the background so they knew that this was happening and did nothing. I paid for my room fair and Square and I wanted a good night sleep and I absolutely did not get that at all.

Staff was unfriendly (except for the housekeeper). Our room was rundown and there was mold in our shower. The pool and hot tub were ancient. They had many patched areas and lots of debris on the bottoms. I couldn't use the hot tub due to the dismal look of it. We had a suite which was the size of any normal hotel room. The most disappointing part was the breakfast buffet. We purposely stay at hotels that offer breakfast as an easy way to feed our kids without the hassle of going out to eat in the morning. The buffet was fro. 6:30 to 9am. By 8am, there were not any hot items left- only toast and cereal. The staff said when it's gone, it's gone.
