"very bad"

cigarette butts under bed along with tons of crumbs, dirt, tissues.... bathroom sink faucet horrible to manipulate. neighbor acroos the room had TV on TOO loud.

It was noisy the room was dirty floor and chair were stained, right next to the train tracks, there were mold in the shower.
