The front desk person was very friendly, it was clean just needs updating like better TVs, carpeting, and beds (weren't the most comfortable). Very adequate for my needs, I'd consider staying again in the future.

Location

It says breakfast included, but expect to get really cold coffee and only muffins and they’re usually gone unless you get them as soon as they go out upgraded to a bigger room hairdryer was cut. Only one towel. Bedsheets had burn holes in them and there were bugs.

Photo 1: End table in a supposedly smoke free room Photo 2: Wall disrepair from a previous violent guest? Photo 3: Broken fridge Photo 4: Some sort of assisted suicide device in the bathroom? Photo 5: Free breakfast (but with no food) We have another reservation for this hotel in our return trip that we need to cancel but the site says no refunds. Can you help us with this?

Only thing I liked was the one staff guy was very nice.

Ice machine doesn’t work, vending machine doesn’t work, the smell is horrible, mini fridge barely gets cold, microwave doesn’t turn, the floor near air conditioner is very soft.
