La mujer de la recepcion fue un poco seria/grosera al momento de la atención, y en las habitaciones de arriba y de los lados hubo ruido en exceso y hasta altas horas de la noche, en eso muy mal!!!!, también muchos animales en exceso, se entiende que el lugar es pet friendly, pero se sale un poco de control!

The staff was very friendly and checked me in quickly with no problem. I booked a smoking room by mistake and they were able to get me in a non-smoking room, which was great.

My only issue is that the room could have been cleaner. The bed was made up but not very good and the bathroom had hair in the tub and on the floor. I could tell everything had been cleaned just not very well.

Terrible. Pudding for breakfast? Juice dispenser was, "out of order", the printed paper stating that looks like it has been there for a very long time.

Massive construction into the night. Didnt discount room. Doors left open in 16 degree weather. First room heater didnt work. Second room was on/off every 30 seconds. Bathrooms abysmal. Caulking around toilets and tubs (in both rooms) looked like a 4 year old tried to shove caulking everywhere. Someone came into my room during days, cleaned garbage cans, left beds alone, and took tawels out. NEVER replaced towels. I had to dry off with a hand towel as didnt notice night before.

Orange juice machine out of order, breakfast was cold cereal, yogurt cups or toasted breads.
